Provider Relations Specialist

As a Network Provider Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding Tuba’s network of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. You will negotiate partnerships, ensure service quality, and enhance provider engagement—all while supporting our vision of transforming the healthcare experience for businesses and employees.
We are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Maintain Provider Network:
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies across Saudi Arabia.
Ensure providers comply with Tuba’s service quality standards and align with our vision for seamless healthcare access.
Ensure comprehensive network coverage across key regions.
Support for Customer Satisfaction:
Collaborate with customer service, claims, and operations teams to resolve provider-related issues promptly.
Ensure businesses and their employees enjoy the best possible healthcare experience through Tuba’s network.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years in network management, provider relations, or healthcare partnerships.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, including provider operations and medical benefits (insurance or alternative models).
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
