Qs Engineer

Description:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
▪️ Proven QS experience on construction projects, preferably residential
▪️ Strong skills in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
▪️ Experience preparing client invoices and reviewing subcontractor payment certificates ▪️ Experience handling variation orders and final accounts
▪️ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel; experience with CostX or PlanSwift is a plus
