🌟 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮?
In this critical leadership role, you will be the guardian of our Quality Management System (QMS). You won't just be managing compliance; you will be ensuring the accuracy of equipment that saves lives in the healthcare sector.
🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Accreditation Leadership: Serve as the management representative for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and lead all external audits (GAC or equivalent).
• Technical Mastery: Validate calibration procedures and ensure absolute accuracy in measurement uncertainty and traceability.
• QMS Oversight: Plan internal audits, manage CAPA systems, and lead Management Review meetings.
• Team Development: Oversee personnel competency and maintain rigorous technical training records.
🎓 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱:
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in a Calibration or Testing Lab Quality role.
• Expertise: Deep, "expert-level" knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Skills: Strong background in Metrology calculations and measurement uncertainty.
• Preferred: Experience in medical equipment calibration or a Certified ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Auditor credential.
