Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Strong QS and commercial construction experience
• Cost planning, measurement, valuation & cost control
• BOQ and tender documentation experience
• Contract administration & commercial management
• Variations, claims, payment certificates & final accounts
• Contractor and subcontractor management
• Medium to large-scale project experience
• Financial reporting, forecasting & budget management
• QS software experience such as Candy, BuildSmart, CostX or similar
• Middle East / Saudi experience is an advantage
• South African nationality is essential
• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
