Regional Operations Director

Description:

We are currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Regional Operations Director for a leading organization with a multi-country presence across the GCC.

The role will provide regional leadership across operational performance, service delivery, business efficiency, and execution standards across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead operational strategy and performance across multiple GCC markets.
- Drive consistent standards for productivity, service quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Oversee regional operating budgets, KPIs, governance, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, scale, and cost optimization.
- Partner with country leadership and executive stakeholders on regional growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably across multiple GCC markets.
- Proven success managing geographically distributed teams and complex operating environments.
- Strong expertise in operational strategy, performance management, transformation, and governance.
- Experience working across different GCC regulatory and business environments.
- Strong commercial awareness, executive communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
