• Proven experience in casual dining restaurant concepts
• Strong background in multi-cuisine operations, with a focus on Asian cuisine (highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent English communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality service and guest experience
