 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, SOPs, and regulations.
- Oversee all restaurant operations.
- Lead and train the team for high performance.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and reduce waste.
- Supervise POS and cash handling.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
