Your Key Responsibilities (Not limited to) :
. Project Leadership: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality specifications.
· Safety First: Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in strict compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international best practices.
· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of supervisors, contractors, and laborers to achieve project goals safely and efficiently.
· Planning & Coordination: Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, equipment mobilization, and Site coordination.
· Risk Management: Proactively identify potential safety hazards and construction risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
· Reporting & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and senior management. Prepare detailed progress and safety reports.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
· Proven experience as a Construction Manager and Safety Officer on infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, etc.).
· In-depth knowledge of KSA construction safety regulations and standards.
· Fluency in both Arabic and English (Mandatory) – for clear communication with authorities, clients, and our diverse workforce.
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a decisive, on-the-ground approach.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, PMP) are a significant advantage.
· A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Ability to join immediately.
· Candidates currently available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be given priority.
