Sales & Business Development Manager

 

Description:

ZYfire Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our market presence across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in KSA.
-Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industrial, oil & gas, firefighting, and related sectors.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and expansion opportunities.
-Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management.
-Lead contract negotiations, pricing proposals, and tender submissions.
-Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, production) to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Represent ZYfire in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
-Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing, oil & gas, firefighting, or related sectors.
-Strong market knowledge in KSA, including key clients and industry networks.
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
