This is a full-time position for a Sales Engineer at SFFECO. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, implementing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service within the fire-fighting equipment industry.
Responsibilities:22
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients
• Provide integrated technical solutions in the fire protection sector
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate with clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed
• Participate in relevant trade shows and events
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of fire-fighting equipment and industry standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire-fighting sector
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to understand and explain technical information
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Sales Engineering, Sales, and Technical Support skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of firefighting products
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Valid driver's license
• Transferable Iqama required for non-Saudi applicants
