Sales Manager

Description:

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in Event Management, BTL, Exhibitions, POSM, Booths, Activations, and Production, with a solid understanding of raw materials and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the KSA market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key decision-makers
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Understand client requirements and translate them into suitable BTL, event, booth, POSM, and production solutions
• Work closely with Design, Costing, Production, and Operations teams to prepare commercially viable proposals
• Have strong knowledge of raw materials, fabrication, printing, production processes, and related costs
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and commercial terms
• Monitor market opportunities, upcoming events, exhibitions, and activations
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
• Achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in Events, Exhibitions, BTL, POSM, or Production
• Strong knowledge of Event Management and BTL solutions
• Good understanding of raw materials and their applications in production and event projects
• Strong existing network within the Saudi market is highly preferred
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements, BOQs, production processes, and project specifications
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to protect project margins
• Must already be located in KSA
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
