Job Description – Sales Manager (Bakery Chain)

Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 7,000 SAR + Food & Accommodation

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for our bakery chain in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, in-shop activities, and customer engagement strategies within the F&B sector. Proficiency in Arabic and knowledge of the Saudi retail market are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase in-shop sales and expand customer base.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all branches.

• In-Shop Operations:

  • Plan and execute in-shop promotions, sampling activities, and seasonal campaigns to drive footfall.

  • Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and merchandising to enhance customer experience.

  • Monitor daily shop performance, customer satisfaction, and suggest improvements.

• Team Management:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team members meet sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and local communities.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to management.

  • Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in retail/F&B/bakery chain.

• Strong knowledge of in-shop activities, merchandising, and promotional strategies.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication.

• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
