Sales Team Leader

Description:

ROLE:
• Coach sales engineers & oversee quotations and negotiations
• Manage sales pipeline & coordinate customer support

🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience, preferably in pumps & pumping solutions
• Proven experience leading a sales team and achieving targets
• Saudi Arabian market experience is MANDATORY
• Strong communication, negotiation & CRM skills
