Senior Configuration Management Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Configuration Management BAU operations, governance, automation, and support.
• Drive automation of Change Management, CI linkage, CAB processes, KPI/KRI reporting, and custom reporting through Qlickserve.
• Govern Infrastructure Discovery and Application/Service Mapping lifecycles.
• Drive Standard Change automation and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure Configuration Management compliance with IGF, SAMA CSF, and SAMA ITG Framework requirements.
• Lead Configuration Management maturity initiatives and maintain the domain at Level 3.
• Govern CI reviews, change-related configuration updates, and operational transitions.
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs and manage Configuration Management policies, procedures, templates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with development, operations, to ensure effective Configuration Management governance.

Required:
• 10+ years in Configuration Management
• 2+ years of banking industry experience
• ITIL Certification required
• Strong experience in CMDB, Service Mapping, Change Management, governance, and automation
• Experience with Qlickserve is preferred
