Key Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction operations & resource allocation
•  Enforce safety, quality & environmental standards
•  Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers & engineering teams
• Monitor progress, resolve issues & optimize performance
•  Mentor site leadership & drive team accountability

Requirements

•  Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering
•  Chartered status or equivalent
•  12–18+ years construction management (5+ senior in GCC infra)
•  Deep knowledge of regional codes & mega-project delivery
•  Strong leadership in high-risk environments
