We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives at a strategic level across major industrial operations.
This C-level role will drive compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability programs in alignment with global standards while championing a safety-first culture across multi-site operations in UAE & Saudi Arabia.

• Lead and manage HSE departments across multi-site operations
• Define and implement corporate HSE strategy aligned with business objectives
• Report directly to executive leadership and influence strategic decisions
• Develop, mentor, and upskill HSE teams to achieve world-class standards
• Ensure organizational adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements
• Drive risk management, audits, and incident prevention programs

🧠 Requirements

✔ 12+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors
✔ Proven track record in multi-site or multi-country HSE management
✔ Strong knowledge of international standards and local regulatory compliance
✔ Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
