A major hospital is engaging experienced Senior ICU Registered Nurses to support critical-care operations, complex patient management and nursing-team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Deliver advanced ICU nursing care
🔹 Monitor critically ill patients
🔹 Coordinate ICU nursing activities
🔹 Assist physicians during complex procedures
🔹 Administer medications and specialized treatments
🔹 Respond to clinical emergencies
🔹 Supervise and mentor ICU nurses
🔹 Maintain infection-control standards
🔹 Participate in clinical audits
🔹 Support patient-safety initiatives

TARGET PROFILE

• 5–8+ years nursing experience
• Strong ICU/Critical Care background
• Senior RN / Charge Nurse experience preferred
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Saudi/GCC experience advantageous
