Senior Project Director

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for multi-billion SAR mega-developments.
Lead portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 goals and client expectations.
Manage senior teams, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relations at high level.
Drive delivery excellence, governance, and reporting to board/executive level.
Champion innovation, sustainability, and performance optimization across programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil/Construction Engineering or related.
18–25+ years in project leadership, with 8+ years as Project Director on giga-projects (GCC/Saudi preferred).
PMP or equivalent certification (mandatory).
Proven delivery of $1B+ mega-portfolios (NEOM-style infra).
Executive leadership, strategic vision, English fluency (Arabic highly advantageous).
