Senior Projects Manager

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a project professional with strong experience across real estate development, design management, construction management, and project portfolio governance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end management of a diverse project portfolio across UAE and KSA
• Develop and implement project management strategies, frameworks and governance standards
• Drive projects to completion on time, within budget and to required quality standards
• Oversee design management, tender documentation, drawings and technical deliverables
• Manage consultants, contractors, vendors and third-party service providers
• Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting and cost optimisation
• Oversee contracts, variations, claims and change management in line with FIDIC principles
• Identify project risks, delays and escalations and drive recovery strategies
• Manage senior stakeholders, government authorities and strategic partners
• Build and lead high-performing project management teams
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the project portfolio

🔹 Candidate Profile
✅ 10+ years of experience in real estate development and project management
✅ Experience with large-scale / mixed-use developments
✅ Strong project leadership experience across UAE and/or KSA
✅ Strong pre- and post-contract management experience
✅ Good knowledge of FIDIC
✅ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or related field
✅ PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
✅ Strong budgeting, cost control, risk, and stakeholder management skills
