Description:

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in off-plan real estate sales, hotel-branded residences, serviced apartments and hospitality-related property investments.

KEY EXPERIENCE:
- 2–7 years of direct real estate sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in off-plan property sales.
- Experience selling hotel apartments, serviced residences, branded residences or hospitality-led developments is highly desirable.
- Makkah or Jeddah real estate market experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to present investment opportunities and explain rental yields, payment plans and ownership structures.
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management and closing skills.
- Arabic fluency is essential; English is an advantage.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Valid REGA licence (proof required).
✅ Demonstrated off-plan sales experience.
✅ Good understanding of the Saudi real estate market.
