Service Sales Manager

Description:

 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical systems service sales & solutions
✔️ At least 2+ years of experience leading sales teams
✔️ Strong knowledge of Service Sales Strategy, Installed Base (IB) Management & Lifecycle Management (LCM)
✔️ Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
✔️ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
✔️ Strong communication skills in English & Arabic

💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and develop the Service Sales team to exceed sales targets
🔹 Identify new service sales opportunities through Installed Base (IB) analysis
🔹 Drive customer lifecycle solutions and service portfolio sales
🔹 Develop strategic sales plans and customer relationships
🔹 Participate in major contract negotiations and service sales growth
🔹 Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
