Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SOC Manager to oversee and enhance the Security Operations Center's efficiency and effectiveness. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in cybersecurity, technical leadership, and operational excellence, with expertise in SIEM and IRP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the SOC team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to processes.
- Develop and manage SOC processes to ensure compliance with controls, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee incident identification, triage, and response to ensure swift resolution of security breaches.
- Produce and review performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive long-term SOC strategy and planning, focusing on operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain top talent within the SOC team.
- Conduct cybersecurity training and exercises, ensuring team proficiency and readiness.
- Evaluate technical capabilities and systems, identifying areas for enhancement.
