Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in Software Delivery / IT Delivery
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software projects and delivery
• Experience leading software development teams and cross-functional technical teams
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and timelines
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with Software Engineering / Development teams
• Experience ensuring software projects are delivered on time and within quality expectations
