Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline would be preferred.
▪️ Relevant knowledge and/or professional experience in software development and software engineering.
▪️ Good understanding of the complete SDLC and modern software-development practices.
▪️ Knowledge of programming concepts, object-oriented development, data structures, algorithms, and application architecture.
▪️ Experience with relevant programming languages, development frameworks, databases, APIs, and version-control systems according to the organization’s technology environment.
▪️ Understanding of database concepts, application integration, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
▪️ Familiarity with Git or other version-control platforms would be an advantage.
▪️ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, or automated testing would be an advantage.
▪️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
▪️ Good communication, collaboration, documentation, and teamwork skills.
▪️ Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving technical and business requirements.
