Strategic Planning Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Corporate & Strategic Planning activities
Analyze business challenges and identify growth opportunities
Develop, review, and update corporate strategies & action plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reports, presentations, and planning inputs
Ensure alignment of divisional and organizational strategies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic transformation
Support feasibility analysis of strategic projects

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
Strong expertise in Strategic Planning & Corporate Strategy
Proven experience in policy & procedure development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good understanding of KSA/GCC market practices and regulations
Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus
