Supply Chain Specialist

Description:

Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate daily supply chain and logistics operations across the UAE and KSA. * Oversee warehouse operations, inventory movements, and timely deliveries to retailers. * Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, couriers, and customs clearance teams. * Manage retailer purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock availability. * Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, overstocks, and out-of-stock items. * Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports, stock reconciliations, and monthly KPIs. * Support new product launches, inventory allocation, and e-commerce fulfillment. Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's Degree

✅ Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in the Middle East

✅ Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred

✅ Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management

✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
