Talent Acquisition & Saudization Lead

Requirements
Saudi National – Male or Female.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Saudization.
Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple business units.
Strong expertise in Saudization strategy, Nitaqat compliance, and workforce planning.
Previous experience in the Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical Equipment industry is preferred.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including senior and specialized positions.
Experience developing recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and recruitment KPIs.
Knowledge of employer branding, talent sourcing, and recruitment partnerships.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Good analytical skills, with experience in recruitment reports and dashboards.
Good command of both English and Arabic.
