We are looking for an experienced Test Manager – Banking UAT & Certification to lead UAT, certification, and quality governance initiatives within the Banking / Financial Services domain.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Own UAT & Certification Strategy and Execution
• Define and enforce quality gates across testing cycles
• Plan and manage end-to-end UAT and certification cycles
• Oversee defect management, prioritization and resolution
• Ensure certification and regulatory readiness
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors
• Establish effective test governance and quality controls
• Prepare and present executive-level testing reports and dashboards
• Drive testing progress, risks, dependencies and issue resolution

🔎 Ideal Profile:
A seasoned Test Manager with strong banking UAT leadership experience, regulatory/certification testing exposure, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors in a complex financial-services environment.
