Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Lead sales, business development, and commercial functions
• Develop strategic accounts and customer relationships
• Identify new markets, products, and revenue opportunities
• Lead major commercial negotiations and agreements
• Establish commercial KPIs, forecasts, and performance targets
• Strengthen competitive positioning and market share
• Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership on growth strategy

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
• MBA preferred
• 15+ years of commercial leadership experience
• Proven VP Commercial, Commercial Director, or equivalent experience
• Strong track record of revenue and profitability growth
• Excellent negotiation and strategic partnership capabilities
• Experience leading large commercial organizations
• Strong Saudi/GCC market knowledge preferred
