Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Real Estate investment team, providing guidance and support to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the Real Estate sector, conducting thorough due diligence.
• Develop and execute investment strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful Real Estate investment management, with a focus on Private Equity.
• Extensive experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian Real Estate market is highly desirable.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
