Vp of Commercial Strategy

We are seeking an experienced VP of Commercial Strategy to lead commercial planning, revenue growth, market expansion, pricing strategy, and high-impact business initiatives across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead market analysis, revenue planning, pricing, and growth initiatives.
- Identify new markets, customers, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and commercial performance dashboards.
- Partner with sales, finance, marketing, and operations leadership.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve revenue, margins, and market position.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Present commercial strategies and performance insights to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced commercial qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in commercial strategy, financial analysis, market development, and business growth.

EXPERIENCE

- 12–18+ years of progressive commercial, strategy, or business leadership experience.
- Experience as VP Commercial Strategy, Commercial Director, Strategy Director, or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading complex commercial strategies and growth programs.
- GCC or multinational experience is an advantage.
