Optimize Operations: Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, distribution, and space utilization.
Streamline Supply Chain: Implement dynamic supply chain strategies to improve turnaround times and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing warehouse and logistics team.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to KSA labor laws, warehouse safety protocols, and quality standards.
💼 What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Logistics Lead in the KSA region.
Dynamic Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of modern inventory systems, logistics networks, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to hit the ground running and manage teams under pressure.
