🎯 Your Mission

As a Safety Team Leader, you’ll ensure compliance with regulations, conduct inspections, train staff, and drive a proactive safety culture across the warehouse. You’ll play a key role in protecting our people, assets, and operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✔ Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, company policies, and safety standards
✔ Conduct regular inspections of warehouse racking, equipment, storage, and exits
✔ Monitor handling, stacking, and hazardous material storage practices
✔ Investigate accidents/near misses and implement corrective actions
✔ Deliver safety inductions and training sessions (forklift safety, PPE, fire drills, evacuation, etc.)
✔ Ensure equipment, firefighting tools, and first-aid kits are operational
✔ Maintain safety reports, records, KPIs, and compliance documentation
✔ Promote a strong safety-first mindset among warehouse staff

✅ Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Logistics, or related field
📜 OSHA / IOSH Certification (mandatory)
⏳ 2–5 years’ HSE experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain
⚙ Knowledge of warehouse risks (forklifts, racking systems, manual handling)
💻 Proficiency in MS Office & safety reporting systems
🗣 Strong communication, leadership, and training ability
