Account Manager

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Account Manager to lead our customer engagement and sales efforts in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in Microsoft Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications. You will play a key role in client relationship management and revenue growth as we kickstart operations in the Riyadh market.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive revenue by promoting and selling our full IT portfolio: Microsoft, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Business Apps
🔹 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to build and grow the customer base
🔹 Identify new business opportunities via networking, prospecting, and market intelligence
🔹 Foster and manage long-term relationships with clients; be the trusted go-to contact
🔹 Understand client needs and recommend tailored, value-driven solutions
🔹 Lead the sales lifecycle – from proposal through negotiation to contract closure
🔹 Partner with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions
🔹 Host product demos, workshops, and presentations to showcase business value
🔹 Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
🔹 Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, technical) for seamless execution
🔹 Provide regular performance updates and pipeline reports to the Senior VP

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of proven sales/account management experience in IT Solutions
✅ Solid exposure to Microsoft Products, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and/or Business Applications
✅ Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✅ Bilingual – Fluent Arabic & English communication
✅ Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
✅ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ Currently based in Riyadh and willing to travel to Jeddah, Dammam, and other regions as needed
