Accountant

Description:

STRATEGIC INITIATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners including banks, title companies, etc. that will support and grow the business
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends
• Creating new accounting procedures/operations to prepare and manage fast growing entity and the evolving business structure.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be a strong and organized leader with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Graduate in Accountancy, +2 years experience in accounting function, preferably AP function
• Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
• Must understand different mode of Project Financing including LCs
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance required
• ERP SAP experience is preferred
