Accountant

Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–
2 years of experience to join our finance team. This is a fantastic chance to gain exposure to fund operations and financial reporting in the fast-moving world of VC, Debt, and Real Estate Fund investments in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Post accounting entries and support daily financial operations
2. Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate general ledger records
3. Reconcile bank statements and monitor fund transactions
4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
5. Prepare audit support, tax filings, and compliance documentation
6. Work with senior accountants and finance managers on VC-focused financial initiatives
7. Co-ordinate the collection and verification of financial data from portfolio companies to support ongoing reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes

Requirements:
1. Must be a Saudi national (mandatory)
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Progress toward SOCPA, ACA, or ACCA (preferred)
3. 1–2 years of accounting experience, ideally in finance or professional services
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus
5. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
6. Excellent communication skills in English
