Accountants

Description:

•  Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience
•  Good command of English language
•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•  Experience using Oracle
•  Ability to work on ERP systems
•  Ability to prepare and follow up on Purchase Requests (PRs)
•  Technical Knowledge:
•  Purchase Orders (POs)
• Invoice review and matching
•  Vendor account reconciliation
•  Procurement procedures
•  Cost analysis and price comparison

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and follow up on purchase requests and purchase orders
•  Data entry and follow-up using Oracle and ERP systems
•  Match invoices with purchase orders
•  Review and reconcile supplier accounts
•  FInancial support for procurement activities
•  Cost analysis and comparison of suppliers’ quotations
•  Ensure compliance with approved financial policies and procedures
