Accounts & Finance Manager

Raykem is one of the fastest-growing specialty chemicals distribution companies in the GCC, with operations in Dubai (UAE) and Riyadh (KSA). As we scale, we need a sharp, experienced finance professional to own our numbers — both entities, end to end.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
You will be the sole owner of accounts and finance across our KSA and UAE operations — reporting directly to senior management.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻
→ Full books for both entities (KSA + UAE)
→ AR / AP management and reconciliation
→ Balance sheet, P&L, cash flow reporting
→ VAT filing — KSA (ZATCA) and UAE (FTA)
→ Corporate tax compliance — UAE CT and KSA Zakat/Tax
→ Intercompany transactions and consolidation
→ Payroll, bank reconciliations, forex entries
→ Audit preparation and liaison
→ Zoho Books ERP (our live accounting platform)
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
✔ 10+ years in accounting / finance — trading or distribution company preferred
✔ Hands-on experience with KSA ZATCA VAT filing and UAE FTA VAT returns
✔ Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax (effective June 2023) and KSA Zakat regulations
✔ Strong command of English (written and spoken) — essential
✔ Arabic language skills a strong advantage
✔ CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent preferred
✔ Proficient in Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, or similar cloud ERP
