Ar Accountant

Description:

•  Process and manage customer invoices and payments
•  Perform regular customer account reconciliations
•  Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve discrepancies
•  Prepare AR aging reports and assist in financial audits
•  Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•  3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
•  Strong experience in customer account reconciliations
•  Knowledge of ERP systems (Focus ERP is a plus)
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
•  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
