🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 8+ years in business analysis, enterprise architecture, or process improvement
✔️ Solid experience in business architecture design in financial services
✔️ Skilled in BPMN and architecture modeling tools
✔️ Experience driving transformation initiatives in large organizations
✔️ Ability to lead cross-functional business process improvements

✨ Nice to Have:
🎓 Bachelor's in Business Admin, Information Systems, or a related field
📜 Certifications in Business or Enterprise Architecture are a big plus!
