• Saudi nationals with a law degree from a reputable institution.
• Qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia with a strong academic and professional track record.
• 1+ years of experience in corporate and/or capital markets law, gained within a top-tier law firm or in-house in a relevant sector.
• Excellent legal, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
