✅ 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (Saudi market experience preferred)
✅ Strong product knowledge & understanding of Saudi consumer trends
✅ Proven skills in Central Buying – sourcing, vendor development & contract negotiation
✅ Expertise in GP & sales margin control, budget planning, shrinkage/damage control
✅ Experience in team leadership & people development
✅ Familiarity with benchmarking, NSO planogram & execution
✅ Languages: English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam
