Description:
-Saudi National preferred
-2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a large contracting or construction company
-Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
-Ability to manage schedules, meetings, reports, and confidential documents
-Good understanding of finance-related documentation and reporting processes
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
-Available for immediate joining
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the CFO
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements
* Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
* Maintain and organize confidential financial and corporate documents
* Follow up on action items and coordinate with internal departments
* Assist in preparing management reports and business correspondence
* Support the CFO in daily activities and special projects
