✔ 10+ years of accounting experience
✔ Proven experience in the construction industry
✔ Strong knowledge of financial statements and budgeting
✔ Experience in month-end and year-end closing
✔ Experience in inventory reconciliation
✔ Odoo ERP experience is mandatory
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
