Role Overview
IFAS, a leading name in maintenance, operations, and facility management, is expanding its finance team. We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic business decisions.


🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable, customer advances, Accounts Payable, and supplier advances
• Reconcile intercompany balances and resolves discrepancies promptly
• Review payment vouchers and petty cash transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Record and review prepayments, accruals, provisions, and month-end adjustment entries
• Support the month-end closing process
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and financial reporting tasks

 Requirements
✅ Relevant professional accounting certification
✅ 13+ years of experience in a related field
✅ Strong command of the English language
✅ Proven experience in the same or a similar role
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
