Chief Applications Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop system-processing and performance indicators to provide measurable insight into project success.
• RF performance optimization on the phone and understanding the trade-offs of TX and RX
• Define KPI's for the application and debug performance issues, application crashes and other bugs
• Be the technical expert and resource for advanced technologies being included in customer facing solutions.
• Work with stakeholders, architects and product ownership to define business needs and provide analysis.
• Interface with project partners as development lead to translate business needs into application specific initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and document protocols for installation, configuration, development, deployment, documentation and control mechanisms.
• Build a team to support the Hybris application and provide continued support and development.
• Be part of a team of 5-6 applications engineers working together to create customer solutions integrating software and hardware.

Requirements:

• Deep experience in application support, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience in technology-driven process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in application support, with significant expertise in managing complex IT environments.
• Certifications in ITIL, cloud computing, or cybersecurity are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
