Key Responsibilities:

•Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
•Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital expenditure.
•Ensure robust financial governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
•Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
•Drive digital transformation and automation across finance processes.
•Develop and mentor the finance team to build a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred).
•Minimum of 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors).
•Strong experience in financial planning, cost control, and capital management.
•Proven ability to support corporate growth, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficiency in ERP systems and modern financial analytics tools.
