A rapidly expanding organization is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, regulatory governance, and enterprise transformation initiatives in support of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 economic evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategy to support rapid growth, market expansion, and organizational sustainability.

Oversee full financial operations including FP&A, treasury, tax, budgeting, and capital management.

Strengthen internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance in line with international standards.

Lead digital transformation across finance, including automation, ERP optimization, and analytics-driven reporting.

Guide the executive team on profitability, investment decisions, and long-term value creation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

12–18+ years of progressive finance experience with proven executive leadership.

Strong background in P&L ownership, capital allocation, and strategic financial management.

Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), financial modeling, and performance analytics.

Experience in high-growth or transformation-driven organizations is an advantage.
