Chief Financial Officer

Description:

Lead the financial and strategic direction for a large holding company with interests in retail, real estate, and investments, partnering directly with the CEO and Board.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute the group’s financial strategy, including M&A, divestitures, and major capital expenditures.
· Oversee all financial operations (accounting, treasury, tax, payroll) ensuring IFRS compliance.
· Manage relationships with banks, investors, and government agencies.
· Lead the risk management framework and ensure robust internal controls.

Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Finance or MBA; CPA, ACCA, or CMA required.
· 15+ years of progressive experience with a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader.
· Deep knowledge of the Saudi market, regulations, and tax environment.
· Experience in retail, real estate, or investment sectors is a significant advantage.
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
