Chief Financial Officer

Description:

A leading company in the Saudi real estate development sector is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, financial management, and relationships with investment funds and investors.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all financial activities of the company.
* Develop financial systems, policies, procedures, and controls.
* Prepare financial plans, annual budgets, and financial forecasts.
* Manage cash flows, liquidity, and working capital efficiently.
* Develop financial models and feasibility studies for real estate projects.
* Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and investment funds.
* Represent the company before investment funds, asset managers, and strategic partners.
* Contribute to the structure of real estate investment funds and investment opportunities.
* Prepare financial and management reports for the Board of Directors and management.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and relevant financial requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial field.
* At least 7 years of leadership experience as a CFO or equivalent position.
* Proven experience in the Saudi real estate development sector.
* Practical experience working with investment funds and real estate funds.
* Strong experience in banking finance and financing real estate projects.
* Strong ability to build relationships with investors and financial institutions.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
